Valeria Venditti is a Ph.D. candidate in Political Philosophy at ‘La Sapienza’ Università di Roma. Her research concerns social marginalisation and the role that language and institutions play in the constitution of disadvantaged identities. With a background in critical philosophy and queer theory, her interests include women’s studies, legal theory, disability studies and crip theory. Since 2013, she is a visiting student at the Centre for Law and Cosmopolitan Values, where she conducts her research under the supervision of Professor George Pavlakos. She is part of the Editorial Team of Politica & Società, Journal of Political Philosophy and Social Studies.
